Not that you guys have any free time, but I think you should branch out into becoming consultants for Customer Service and teach other companies a thing or two! I used to think I was more aware of getting good or bad service when I was Customer Service Manager with another company, but I think that now I am the customer more frequently, I am more exposed to the good, the bad and the ugly in customer service… (SFS of course falls into its own category of ‘great’!)
