Frequency declaration FCC Form 740When exporting electronic devices to the USA you will need to check if they may require a Frequency Declaration Form (FCC form 740). Examples of devices that usually require such a form are; Radio & TV receivers, converters, transmitters, transmitting devices, radio frequency amplifiers, microwave ovens, industrial heaters, ultrasonic equipment, transceivers and computers.
