Cruise & Marine Logistic Network

Our very own Cruise & Marine Logistic Network (C&MLN), established in 2009 was created to better serve the global cruise & marine sectors. Our Cruise Logistics page explains more about our historical dealing with the cruise & marine sector.

The Cruise & Marine Logistic Network was established by;

• Southampton Freight Services Ltd,
• Priano Marchelli & Co. Srl of Genoa Italy,
• Tefra Travel Logistics GMBH of Hamburg Germany
• And International, privately owned company Blue Water Shipping, with more than 50 offices around the world.

The network was created in order to better serve our clients, many of whom we already shared business with, and who required a more detailed, structured and professional global service than was previously available. The collective experience of our four companies in the marine sector, with our spread of offices across the key cruise areas across the world – plus a deep friendship and common understanding between the four company owners made the development of the network relatively simple.

 

 

 

 

Since our formation we have developed the network into a stronger global presence  adding further partners in key areas across the globe and developing joint business with some of the largest – and of course smallest cruise line operators, ship management brands and key suppliers of technical, hotel and food/beverage to the marine sector globally. Aside from the day to day consolidation and distribution services we collectively provide for many of the major cruise lines, we have also undertaken some impressive movements across continents, including the 700 tonnes of cargo from across Europe to San Diego for the stricken Carnival Splendor after a fire broke out onboard.
